The Soft Reset is an intentional wellness experience created for Black women who need a pause — not to grind harder, but to restore, realign, and reconnect with themselves in a gentle, supportive space. To move with intention, release stored tension, and begin training their bodies for long-term health and ease.
At the heart of this experience is the Flex Class with Bap Heals — a powerful yet gentle session focused on holistic healing of the body through strategic movement. This is not a typical stretch class. It is intentional, educational, and deeply restorative.
This is not a high-intensity workout or a rushed wellness event. It’s a slow, grounding reset designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and soften back into your body, mind, and spirit.
