BWIT provides customized travel planning for trips to Thailand.
The service includes:

• A 3-day basic itinerary based on the preferences submitted in your intake form.

• Optional add-ons or extended planning for additional days, experiences, or concierge needs after the base itinerary is completed.

• All planning begins only after the initial $50 payment is received.

Your initial $50 payment covers:

• Review of your intake form

• A fully customized 3-day itinerary

• Basic recommendations for transportation, food, activities, and safety

• This fee is required before any itinerary work begins and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you require:

  • More than 3 days of planning

  • Detailed day-by-day scheduling

  • Restaurant bookings

  • Local transportation arrangements

  • Activity reservations

  • Special accommodations or VIP services

  • Family, large group, or multi-city travel planning

    • …additional fees will apply.
      Pricing depends on the scope of your trip and will be communicated to you before extra work begins.

• You must approve and pay for any add-ons prior to completion.

All payments are 100% non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Change of travel plans

• Cancellation of your trip

• Incomplete intake forms

• Delayed communication

• Issues with flights, hotels, or personal scheduling

Because travel planning requires time, research, and expertise, no refunds are given for any reason.

• Standard delivery for the 3-day itinerary: 3–5 business days after receiving your completed form and payment.

• Rush delivery (24–48 hours) may be available for an additional fee.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of your trip and the volume of requests.
